Shipping and Sales Terms
All sales are subject to the following terms:
· All prices listed are in US dollars and do not include a $50 flat rate shipping fee to the continental U.S. Payments accepted via Paypal, personal check, money order, or wire transfer. All funds must be received in full and have cleared prior to shipment.
· We are a certified FedEx shipper. We ship Monday-Wednesday unless conflics exist with holidays and/or inclement weather.
· All animals are guaranteed to be correctly sexed, feeding, and healthy, and are guaranteed to match any description and/or pictures sent prior to shipping. We do not guarantee animal temperament.
· Please open shipping boxes and inspect all animals immediately upon arrival. If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. If there are any problems, we need to know about them right away. Please CALL us to discuss the problem.
· Animals are guaranteed for 48 hours after leaving The Herp Vault. Once a reptile leaves our facility we have no control over the care that they receive. We take a lot of pride in ensuring that the reptiles we sell are healthy, well-started animals that thrive under proper care.
· We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
